Kiki has worked as a Listing & Closing Coordinator for Century 21 Style Realty where she maintained files for 17 Agents and closed an average of 13 files each month. In addition to her experience in real estate sales held the position of Property Manager for Rent Florida Realty where she managed over 300 residential properties for 223 owners and is a founding member & Vice President of the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

Sheldas expertise  in the new construction, condo conversion, and rental markets have earned her a loyal network of tenants, investors, buyers and sellers.
